DSCR Real Estate Financing

Offering direct 30 year Debt Service Cover Ratio (DSCR) loans for rental properties. These loans are typically on 1-4 unit count properties, but some 5-9 unit small balance MF loans (under $5 million) can be considered for balance sheet placement.

Our fix/flip direct deals are all 12 month interest only with up to 90% purchase leverage and 100% renovation cost holdback.

These deals are all "non-dutch" which means you only pay what you draw.
